Just Do It.
Over the years, I’ve embarked on some personal projects that have provided me with a creative outlet. Whether it’s podcasting about the latest movies and television series, reviewing music releases, or shooting and editing conceptual videos to promote an event, these opportunities help feed my passion of communicating through multimedia. Below, you’ll find a variety of projects at various stages of my professional career. Some projects lasted longer than others, but everything was done intentionally and with care. Take a look below to see some things I’ve done over the past few years. Enjoy!
Special Podcasts.
At 2 Black Nerds, we love the Marvel Cinematic Universe. So it’s no surprise that we take time each week to discuss the latest television series such as WandaVision and The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. You can find our weekly reviews on each show in these special episode compilations.
Hip-Hop Reviews
On In Tune Hip-Hop, you’ll find three fans and friends reviewing some of the popular Hip-Hop album releases of the time. In a typical discussion, we would analyze the artists career up to that point, the impact of their music, and the content of their latest album release.
Ideas Brought to Life.
On many occasions, you could find me behind the camera filming and producing conceptual video projects for event promotion. Ingenuity was key, as we always relied on whatever resources we could pull together to create something that was visually appealing. In the end, I was excited to flex some creative muscles by using my shooting and editing skills.
Hi-Top & Bad Beard
On Hi-Top and Bad Beard, we muse on music, movies and popular culture in a fun and personable way. In our own words, “We're like a new-age Ebert and Roeper...but cooler." All videos were produced by Tasty Productions.
